Take one plain cabinet...empty it all the way out- shelves and all!
paper the back with fun paper- this is wrapping paper I got for $2.50 a sheet! I used double sided tape so it isn't permanent and will not hurt the beautiful wood on the back of the cabinet
It's OK if it doesn't match up perfectly since there will be shelves and stuff in front of it...
see- add the shelves and you can't even tell!
When you put things back on the shelves- first edit! I only put glass back in these cabinets since they are totally glass fronted and now have interest in the back! With glass front cabinets you really need to consider it as display space; it can still be storage but don't forget people will see it! Second trick- clean everything as you put it back in- dust off the martini glasses that rarely get used and wipe off and water spots from frequently dishwashered glasses.
And TaDa! a surprise element for little cash and effort that is sure to stick in the mind of anyone who reaches in for a glass!
